POLICY
At Levels Inc., we strive to provide you with the best customer experience possible, from the time you enter our site, to the time you open your luxurious bundles once they arrive to you. Once you pay for your order, you will receive an order confirmation number. That is when the processing period begins, which is 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. That time can range from 7-10 business days during major sales. Once your order has been processed, it will then be shipped out vis USPS Priority Mail. You will be provided tracking information once your order has shipped. For US orders, please allow 3-5 business days for the East Coast, and 5-7 business days for the West Coast for your order to arrive.
