 Levels Inc. Order Fulfillment Process

At Levels Inc., we strive to provide you with the best customer experience possible, from the time you enter our site, to the time you open your luxurious bundles once they arrive to you. Once you pay for your order, you will receive an order confirmation number. Please allow 2 processing days (business days). Hair on hand will be shipped sooner. You will receive a email with tracking number after your 2 day processing period. Allow 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays for shipping. ALL other orders processing time can range from 7-10 business days during major sales, holidays and weekends. You will receive another email with the status of your order. Once your order has been processed, it will then be shipped out vis USPS Priority Mail. You will be provided tracking information once your order has shipped. For US orders, please allow 3-5 business days for the East Coast, and 5-7 business days for the West Coast for your order to arrive.

Refunds/Returns/Cancellations

There will be a 24-hour window for you to cancel your order at no cost to you. After that 24-hour period, all sales are final. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued, as hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. If for some reason Levels Inc. has sent you the wrong items, we will happily issue you a refund, as long as the order is returned in full in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We understand that mail carriers may run into issues where packages may be lost or stolen, but please be aware that Levels Inc. is not responsible for replacing your items or issuing a refund once we ship out your order and provide your tracking information. Please follow your tracking progress using the USPS website, as you will be notified on all movements of that package.
