Kaylah Jackson

Kaylah Jackson is the Founder of Levels Inc. Her love for braiding came at 8 years old, from there it has grown into the ability to create many styles over the years. Her passion for Marketing in its entirety came at 17 years old. Kaylah is a high school graduate of Aliquippa High School. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, with a minor in Business Management from Johnson C. Smith University. Kaylah then attended Empire Beauty School in Charlotte, and at 26 years old, she decided to combine her love for Cosmetology and Marketing to create a hair extension company.

The 7-year journey of producing Levels Inc. has had many highs, but it also has had some major life lows that include the loss of both parents that raised her. The Founder took a step back from her business, thinking it would help her recover from those lows, but realized this was God’s calling for her life. Kaylah says, her parents have always been a part of her “Why.”

Levels Inc. Marketing Manager, Dauntae, has been a part of every level of building the Levels Inc. Collection. She is well known for her unique hairstyle choices and her overall style, ambition and values. Dauntae is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Business Management.

Dauntae represents the brand of Levels Inc., as no matter what life throws at her, she’s constantly focusing on ways to elevate her life.
